KIEV, Sept. 14 – The draft national budget for 2013 which has been approved by the Cabinet of Ministers is another pre-election budget of the Regions Party, the head of the council of the Batkivschyna United Opposition, Arseniy Yatseniuk, has said.

While commenting on the 2013 national budget at a press conference in Vinnytsia, Yatseniuk said that the government had failed to forecast the official exchange rate of the hryvnia.
