WASHINGTON, Sept. 13 – Ukraine will learn from the experience of other countries in the construction of surface metro lines, Infrastructure Minister Borys Kolesnikov said.

"Taking into account the price and quality component, of course, for all Ukrainian cities that have subways or are trying to construct them, surface metro lines could be much more efficient, and their management could be easier and more effective," Kolesnikov told journalists in Washington, where he is learning about surface metro construction.
