KIEV, Sept. 11 – France's Decolletage Industries (Besancon) in September will open an automated car spare part production facility in the premises of open joint-stock company Kolomyiaselmash (Ivano-Frankivsk region), Deputy Head of Ivano-Frankivsk regional administration, Volodymyr Popovych said in an interview with the Uriadovy Kurier government's newspaper.

He said that the French investor had bought some space belonging to Kolomyiaselmash during a readjustment procedure at the Ukrainian company.

Popovych also said that Austria's Holzindustrie Schweighofer GmbH, which in October 2010 signed a protocol of intent with the regions on the construction of a wood processing complex worth EUR 100 million in Kolomyia, has started preparing the site for the construction of the plant.
