LVIV, Oct. 6 ??“ Altkom, a Donetsk-based construction firm, has won a tender for the construction of a highway running from Krakowec, on the border with Poland, to Lviv, said Rostyslav Soroka, the head of Lviv Regional Administration's industrial policy department.

"We expect that the work which can be done in winter will begin by the end of the year," he said.
