KIEV, Sept. 7 – Russia’s Defense Ministry of Russia has filed a lawsuit in Kiev Economic Court against the Ukrainian government for non-payment of UAH 3.239.45 billion under the criminal case on the activities of the United Energy Systems of Ukraine Corporation.

According to court documents, Russia demanded to the right summon Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers and State Treasury Service as defendants in the case.

The UESU is the third party on the side of the defendant in the case.

The court scheduled a hearing of the case for September 12.
