KIEV, Sept. 5 - Ukraine should sue Gazprom to get lower natural gas prices following a probe by the European Union into alleged unfair price-setting practices by Russian company, Emergency Minister Viktor Baloha said Wednesday.

Baloha said Ukraine should take opportunity of the probe and appeal to the international arbitration court in Stockholm after Gazprom has refused to lower the price following two years of talks.
