KIEV, Sept. 5 – The leadership of the Ukrainian Finance Ministry headed by Yuriy Kolobov and a technical mission of the European Department of the International Monetary Fund exchanged opinions on the key parameters of the draft national budget for 2013 on Tuesday, the Finance Ministry reported.

"The IMF experts presented their own vision of the factors that will impact the development of both global and Ukrainian state finances," a ministry statement said.
