KIEV, Sept. 4 - The Energy and Coal Industry Ministry has retained excise duties on gasoline and diesel fuel for the first 10-day period of September at the basic excise duty.

The report says that the average price of Brent oil in the previous decade (the third decade of August) amounted to $114.73 per barrel.

The adjusting sum to the excise duties on fuel is not applied if the average price of oil is within $105-125 per barrel.
