KIEV, Aug. 31 – Ukraine's Infrastructure Ministry and Turkey’s Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications of have drawn up draft rules for carrying freight and rules for organizing the exploitation of freight cars and containers moving by rail on international direct freight rail and ferry routes between the countries' ports.

The ministry said that draft documents were agreed by the sides during Ukrainian-Turkish consultations on cooperation in the transport area, which were held on August 28-30 in Kiev.
