KIEV, Aug. 28 – The 64th World Newspaper Congress and the 19th World Editors Forum will open on September 3 at the International Center of Culture and Art (Zhovtnevy Palace) in Kiev.

"Traditionally, more than 500 top managers of the world's leading media companies and editors-in-chief attend the World Newspaper Congress. Around 700 participants and more than 30 reporters from 89 countries of the world will take part in the 64th congress," Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleksandr Dykusarov said at a press briefing in Kiev on Tuesday.
