KIEV, Aug. 29 – The announcement of tenders to sell controlling stakes in power generation companies Centrenergo (53.289%) and Donbassenergo (60.773%) – has been rescheduled from August to December.

As the State Property Fund said in the Vidomosti Pryvatyzatsii privatization bulletin on Wednesday, it has made corresponding amendments to the monthly schedule of putting facilities for sale in 2012, having issued order No. 3350 dated August 21.

The fund said that the approval of the privatization conditions by the Ukrainian government should precede the announcement of the tenders.
