KIEV, Aug. 22 – Construction of the first subway station towards the Troyeschyna residential district will start this September, head of Kiev City State Administration Oleksandr Popov said following a meeting with representatives of Russian State Corporation "Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs" (Vnesheconombank).

Vnesheconombank subsidiary Federal Center for Project Finance was selected as a consulting company for the construction of the fourth Kiev subway line towards the Vyhurivschyna-Troyeschyna residential district, according to the KCSA press service.
