KIEV, Aug. 22 - Ukraine should develop a network of small hydro power plants across the country to help meet peak demand and to reduce the overall cost of power, President Viktor Yanukovych said Wednesday.

Yanukovych addressed entrepreneurs in the Kharkiv region, home to the country’s power machinery sector that produces for both, nuclear and hydro power turbines.
