KIEV, Aug. 21 – The city of Kiev has announced a tender to sell a 29.9% municipal stake in Borschahivka chemical and pharmaceutical plant, the fifth-largest Ukrainian pharmaceutical manufacturer, at a starting price of UAH 278.331 million, reads a report in the mass media published on August 21, 2012.

The tender will be held no earlier than in 30 days after the publication on the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange.

Bids can be submitted no later than three days before the tender.

A total of 3,100 shares will be sold. Ostrov consulting firm LLC selected by Kiev city at a tender assessed the stake.
