KIEV, Aug. 20 - The Ukrainian Batkivschyna United Opposition says it is consolidated but does not rule out 'a purge' of its parliamentary candidates in September.
"The opposition is united; the opposition is working together; the opposition is headed for victory," head of the united opposition's central election staff Oleksandr Turchynov told a Monday press conference. The media said earlier that the united opposition might split and Front for Change Party Leader Arseniy Yatseniuk and Turchynov might be crossed out from the lists of candidates.
