KIEV, Aug. 9 - China's Hubei Changyang Hongxin Industrial Group, Ltd. (HCHIG), the country's largest producer of electrolytic manganese, is interested in the acquisition and development of the Velykotokmakske manganese ore deposit in the town of Stepnohirsk in Zaporizhia region, according to Vasil Kisil & Partners law firm, which provides consulting services to HCHIG.

The planned manganese ore production capacity is about 5 million tons per year, and production of electrolytic manganese is expected at about 200,000 tons per year.
