KIEV, Aug. 8 – The total supply of grain in Ukraine in the current marketing year (July 2012 through June 2013) will be about 58 million tons, with the domestic demand will be 28 million tons, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said.
"The Agriculture Ministry has confirmed the forecast [for the grain harvest] at more than 45 million tons of grain. Given the record carry-over stocks of grain, the grain supply on the market will be about 58 million tons, with domestic consumption being around 28 million tons," he said opening a cabinet meeting on Wednesday.
