KIEV, Oct. 3 - Kherson NaftoPererobka, Ukraine's thirlargest oil refinery, controlled by Russian oil company Alliance Oil, said Monday it will delay restart for at least one month.

"We haven't any plans to restart oil refining this month, so the refinery would stay idle in the period," a Kherson spokeswoman said Monday.
