KIEV, Aug. 3 – A delegation of Ukraine’s State Agency for Investment and Management of National Projects, during a visit to China, signed an agreement with Sinosure national insurance company, the agency reported.

The agency said that this completed the final stage of formal procedures to start the large-scale financing of the Air Express project.

"An agreement on the payment of an insurance premium to insure against the risk of the non-return of a credit and interest on the credit, which is a required preliminary condition of the Chinese Eximbank for the issue of the funds, has been signed," said Air Express state enterprise Director Viktor Yastrebov.
