KIEV, Aug. 3 - The European Union might reduce its antidumping duty on the import of seamless pipe from the enterprises of Ukraine's Interpipe from 17.7% to 13.8%, the European Commission said in a July 30 proposal.

The EC, on July 29 and on the request of Ukrainian pipe producer, Interpipe, initiated an interim review of current antidumping measures on several types of seamless pipe.
