KIEV, July 30 – Kiev Prosecutor's Office has issued a resolution canceling the State Tax Service's resolution on the opening of a criminal case against TVi Channel Director General Mykola Kniazhytsky.

On the instruction of Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka and on the order of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, inquiries were conducted on Friday regarding the legality of the opening and investigation of a criminal case against the leadership of the channel. Deputy Prosecutors General Yevhen Blazhivsky and Viktor Voitsyshen were ordered to conduct the checks.
