KIEV, July 27 – Ukrainians are proud of how their country staged the Euro 2012 European Football Championship, according to a phone survey conducted by the Gorshenin Institute.
According to the survey, 40% of citizens experienced a sense of patriotism in relation to Euro 2012. Almost a quarter of respondents - 23% - experienced a sense of festival, 7.2% experienced new feelings, and 1% made the acquaintance of new people during the championship. Only 4.5% of Ukrainians said they were inconvenienced by the championship.
