KIEV, July 27 – Regions MP Vitaliy Zhuravsky has introduced a bill that foresees the introduction of the criminal liability for slander and insulting comments, including slander in the mass media.

The text of the document is not on Verkhovna Rada's official Web site, but the Kommersant Ukraine publication claims to have seen the bill.
