KIEV, July 25 – Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers has suggested that Parliament give the green light to state guarantees on a loan worth UAH 29.5 billion from the State Development Bank of China for projects to replace natural gas with locally produced coal as fuel.

A corresponding motion is sealed in draft law No. 11025 on amendments to Article 6 of the Ukrainian law on the national budget for 2012 concerning the funding of projects for the replacement of natural gas with coal. The document was registered in parliament on July 24.
