BRUSSELS, July 20 – Kiev is to return to talks with Brussels on the establishment of a special fund in which Ukraine able to sell Kyoto quotas and use the money raised for environmental projects aimed at reducing carbon dioxide emissions and making the economy more environmentally friendly.
Such an agreement was reached during talks between Ukraine's Minister of Environment and Natural Resources Eduard Stavytsky and European Commissioner for Climate Change Connie Hedegaard, Stavytsky said in Brussels in an interview with Ukrainian journalists.
