KIEV, July 18 – The reform of the rail sector has nothing to do with privatization, according to Director General of the State Rail Transport Administration of Ukraine (Ukrzaliznytsia) Volodymyr Kozak.

"The reform and privatization have nothing in common. This is being speculated about by individual political forces in order to improve their so-called ratings," he said at a briefing on Wednesday.
