KIEV, Sept. 30 - International rating agency Moody's Investors Service has assigned a B2 long-term rating to Kiev-based TAS-Kommerzbank, an NP short-term rating on deposits in hard currency, and an E+ business solvency rating.

As the bank reported, according to Interfax-Ukraine the ratings have a stable outlook and match Ukraine's sovereign rating.
