KIEV, July 17 – The Cabinet of Ministers has instructed Ukraine's State Property Fund to sell state stakes in Crimean Titan and Sumykhimprom.

According to the document, the State Agency for managing state corporate rights and property should transfer 100% of shares of public JSC state-run Titan Ukrayiny holding company, which in turn incorporates corresponding stakes, to the SPF.

The SPF in turn should withdraw 50% plus one share on private JSC Crimean Titan from the statutory fund of public JSC state-run Titan company (part of Titan Ukrainy) and sell this stake.
