MOSCOW, July 9 - Moscow has expressed regrets that Ukraine is still not involved in integration within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Space.

"It is very regretful that fraternal Ukraine is outside this process [of Eurasian integration]," Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting at the Russian Foreign Ministry on Monday.

Independent experts believe that Ukraine's involvement in the Eurasian integration "would give Ukraine and the whole process additional impetus and would be a positive thing from the economic and social view points."
