KIEV, July 9 – The financing of Ukraine's national budget through borrowing in 2012 is planned at UAH 98.5 billion, with 38.1% of the loans to be taken on the foreign market, while in 2011 state borrowing came to UAH 80.6 billion, of which 33.7% was foreign borrowing.
"In 2013 and 2014, the forecasted borrowing will total UAH 82 billion and UAH 943 billion, respectively," reads the medium-term strategy for the management of the state debt for 2012-2014 approved by cabinet resolution No. 607 of May 10.
