KIEV, Sept. 29 - Kiev Interregional Economic Appeals Court (covering Kiev, Poltava, Cherkasy regions) has put off the examination of a case of property sharing between Regal Petroleum Corporation Limited (the U.K.) and ChernihivNaftoGazGeologia, a subsidiary of national Nadra Ukrayiny.

As Interfax-Ukraine has learned from Regal Petroleum's representative office, the cause of the rescheduling of the court hearings is a petition by Nadra representatives for the judges in the case to be changed.
