KIEV, July 5 – Kiev’s Markus Bureau has won a tender to select an assessor of the market value of the property of Zaporizhia Titanium and Magnesium Combine (ZTMK), which is used for the formation of the charter capital of a limited liability company being created with an investor, reads a report in the Vidomosti Pryvatyzatsii newspaper.

The report says that the winner of another tender to select an assessor of a 24.9% stake in private joint-stock company Transforwarding Limited AG, which will be sold, was Kiev-based Samson LLC.
