KIEV, July 4 – All 34,000 polling stations in Ukraine will be equipped with video surveillance systems at the parliamentary elections scheduled for October 28, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said at a meeting with OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Vice President and member of the Austrian Parliament Wolfgang Grossruck.
"The premier stressed that OSCE Vice-President is the first person to know about the decision taken to set up Web cameras at all 34,000 polling stations to monitor the voting process, to prevent violations of the election law or to operatively respond to possible violations," the text read.
