KIEV, July 2 – The Cabinet of Ministers, as of the beginning of the year, is recalculating possible state loans in 2012 with a hryvnia to U.S. dollar exchange rate of UAH 8.10 per $1.

This follows from draft amendments to the 2012 national budget, which the government submitted to the parliament on Monday and which foresee the receipt of up to UAH 24.3 billion, or $3 billion in loans.
