KIEV, July 2 – Ukraine’s Agricultural Policy and Food Ministry and China’s Export-Import Bank have signed a memorandum of cooperation, which allows Ukraine to raise $3 billion for the development of its agriculture.

The agreements detailed in the document allow Ukraine to initiate further negotiations on the allocation of loans for concrete projects, the details of which will be discussed further.
