KIEV, Sept. 28 - Ukraine plans to complete construction of the first part of Dnister Hydro Power Plant, an important asset in boosting electricity exports, before the end of 2007, an official said Wednesday.
Oleksandr Sabadakha, the vice president at the Energy Company of Ukraine (ECU), the state power giant, the construction will cost $400 million and ECU may tap investors for financing.
