KIEV, June 27 – The Antimonopoly Committee has permitted DTEK, the largest private vertically integrated energy holding in Ukraine, to buy controlling stakes in OAO Obukhovskaya colliery group and in OAO Donskoy Anthracite (all based in Rostov region, Russia).

Earlier the Competition Commission of Serbia permitted DTEK to buy 100% of the shares in the said companies and a 66.7% stake in Sulinanthracite LLC (Rostov region, Russia).
