KIEV, June 22 – The united opposition wants to eliminate "the total monopoly" of the Ukrainian authorities in politics and the economy, as well as simplify the tax system to the maximum, said Arseniy Yatseniuk, Our Ukraine-People's Self-Defense parliamentary faction MP and head of the Front for Change Party.

"Destruction of corrupt political influence on the Ukrainian economy – that's our main challenge for today," he said at a roundtable discussion entitled "Stable Competitive Effective Economy" in Kiev on Friday.
