KIEV, June 25 - Russian oil major TNK-BP is seeking to sell its Ukrainian oil refinery and there are two unidentified investors that have expressed interest in the assets, the Luhansk government reported Monday.

The Lisichansk Oil Refinery was shut down indefinitely in March because of losses caused by high oil prices and low prices of gasoline in Ukraine.
