DNIPROPETROVSK, June 22 – The policy pursued by authorities, high energy costs, and the fact that local producers are not safeguarded from imports are reasons why investors are leaving Ukraine, according to Mustafa Basher, a representative of Turkish company Beta Ltd.

"Unfortunately, we, as investors, have decided not to invest in Ukraine now," he said during a briefing during a press tour of Dnipropetrovsk-based Miroplast PVC window and door plant.
