KIEV, June 20 – Vestas Wind Systems AS (Denmark) has supplied the first wind turbines for the Botiyevska station in the DTEK Pryazovsky wind farm (Zaporizhia region).

"Three weeks ago they arrived at the port of Mariupol," said Board Chairman of Ukrainian Wind Energy Association (UWEA) Andriy Konechenkov.

He also confirmed DTEK's plans to install 30 Vestas turbines with a combined capacity of 90 megawatts at the Botiyevska station by late 2012.
