KIEV, June 15 – Ukraine and Russia are by the end of 2012 to improve and sign an intergovernmental cooperation agreement on state support for a program to resume mass production of a modernized version of the An-124-100 Ruslan transport aircraft.

These plans are stipulated in the final protocol of the tenth sitting of the subcommittee on the aviation industry cooperation of the Economic Cooperation Committee of the Ukrainian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission that was held in Kiev on Thursday.
