KIEV, June 15 – The Antimonopoly Committee has said that the roaming tariffs of mobile operators in the country have been set too high, Rafael Kuzmin, first deputy head of the committee, said at a press conference in Kiev.

"I can say for sure that the roaming [tariffs] have been set too high. I asked [operators] why Russians pay UAH 8.50 in hryvnias, while Ukrainians pay from UAH 8.50 to UAH 12 – I mean roaming. I'm waiting for economic explanations," Kuzmin said.
