KIEV, June 14 – Luhanskteplovoz, owned by Russia's Transmashholding, has announced plans to dismiss 15% of its employees in 2012 and another 10% in 2013.

"We've agreed the size of workers dismissals with the plant's trade union – 15% of total number this year and 10% next year," Luhanskteplovoz Director General Pavel Cesnek said, adding that no one will fire skilled workers and professionals.
