KIEV, June 12 – The growth of Ukraine's real GDP in the first quarter of 2012 against the same quarter of 2011 slowed to 2%, compared to 4.7% in the fourth quarter of 2011, the State Statistics Service said on Tuesday.
In late April, the service estimated GDP growth in the first quarter at 1.8%.
The service specifies that nominal GDP in January-March 2012 amounted to UAH 296.97 billion, the deflator index was 11.1%.
