PORTOROZ, May 31 - There are "not even any preliminary agreements on changing contracts," between Gazprom and Naftogaz Ukrayiny, Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller told Interfax-Ukraine.

The main problem in gas sector cooperation is the insufficient rate at which gas is pumped into Ukrainian gas storage facilities, which threatens the steady provision of gas to Europe next winter, he said.
