KIEV, May 31 – A list of property that can be bought on credit with interest rates subsidized by the state to 3% per annum has been expanded to include unsold construction projects commissioned after 2009 - young families with children and people who have been waiting for apartments have privileges, and the borrowers' income cannot exceed 10 times the average wage.

The above-mentioned and other amendments to the procedure for reducing of the cost of mortgage credits to citizens that need to improve their housing conditions approved by the Ukrainian cabinet in resolution No. 343 of April 25, 2012 were made by cabinet resolution No. 465 of May 23, 2012, which was posted on the Web site of the Ukrainian government.
