KIEV, May 29 – SCM, the largest holding company in Ukraine, announced plans to increase its share in the largest private transport-shipping company Lemtrans LLC (both based in Donetsk) from 19.95% to a controlling one.
SCM says that the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has permitted it to buy a stake of over 50% in Lemtrans.
Once the foreign antimonopoly agencies give their permits and all the deal formalities are completed, Lemtrans will join SCM Group's transportation business, reads the report.
