KIEV, May 25 – State-run Pavlohrad chemical plant (Dnipropetrovsk region) has finished disposing of solid rocket fuel from SS-24 intercontinental ballistic missiles, said Leonid Shyman, the company's director general.

"Today we fully completed the disposal of the solid rocket fuel from the third stages [of the missiles], which are the most hazardous for storage," he said.
