KIEV, May 22 – The trade unions of the employees of Ukraine’s National Academy of Sciences of are to hold a rally on May 24 at the building of the President’s Administration and Cabinet of Ministers in protest at the catastrophic state of science in Ukraine, National Academy of Sciences Trade Union Chairman Anatoliy Shyrokov said.

"People are indignant at the attitude of the present authorities to science. The central committee of our trade union has decided to hold a rally near the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the [presidential] administration on May 24 at 0900," he said.
